As TLD Launches, both eNom and BulkRegister Customers to Have Immediate Access

SANTA MONICA, California — March 9, 2010 — eNom Inc., the world’s largest ICANN accredited domain name wholesaler, today announced it is an exclusive registrar for .CO domain names. Until now, .CO, which is the country code extension for Colombia, was only available in that country. The new .CO registry authority, .CO Internet S.A.S., is now opening up its TLD for global availability. eNom.com and BulkRegister.com, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Demand Media, Inc., will be participating in all phases of the .CO re-launch. Currently, eNom and BulkRegister are supporting the Grandfather phase through March 31.
As one of the exclusive registrars selected to support .CO domain names, eNom will give its Resellers full access to these names through its proprietary API and Instant Reseller solutions. These solutions are not available through other registrars, and will ensure competitive pricing for eNom Resellers.

Specifically, Resellers can start offering com.co, net.co, and nom.co via eNom’s network, the new Instant Reseller interface and eNom’s API. End users can register these domains through eNom.com and BulkRegister.com.
